Lithuania’s Foreign Minister Landsbergis Minister bids farewell to the outgoing Ambassador of Türkiye Gökhan Turan

On 25 January, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis bade farewell to the outgoing Ambassador of Türkiye to Lithuania Gökhan Turan.
The meeting focused on bilateral cooperation between Lithuania and Türkiye, regional security issues, and Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.
The Foreign Minister thanked the Ambassador for his cooperation and contribution to strengthening ties between Lithuania and Türkiye and expressed hope that the joint effort would help to achieve historic solutions at the Vilnius summit.
The Ambassador started his work in Lithuania in December 2018.
