Foreign nationals won't be allowed to enter Lithuania starting from midnight on March 16 until midnight on March 31 (from 00:00 hours March 16, Monday- till 24:00 hours on March 30, Monday.)
Due to the global spread of COVID-19, the Government of Lithuania introduced a Quarantine starting from midnight on March 16 until midnight on March 30. This will affect foreign nationals, too:
Foreign nationals won't be allowed to enter Lithuania. Exceptions apply: (a) for drivers and crew members when they transport commercial and/or international cargo; (b) foreign nationals who have a permit to live in Lithuania; (c) who have immunities or privileges under 1961 and 1963 Vienna Conventions; (d) NATO personnel and the members of their families.
Individuals who return to their places of residence will be allowed to transit via Lithuania until midnight on March 19.
