Lithuanian diplomatic posts invite Lithuanian companies operating in the United States, as well as entrepreneurs of Lithuanian origin, to add their companies to a new map showcasing Lithuanian businesses in the USA.

“More than a quarter of VPN users in the United States choose Nord Security and are pleasantly surprised to learn that their online security is powered by Lithuanian-developed IT solutions. Health-Ade Kombucha, co-founded and owned by Lithuanian-born entrepreneur Daina Trout, is available in more than 55 thousand U.S. stores. In North Carolina, SBA Group is creating over 250 jobs, while Northway Biotech has invested tens of millions into a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratory near Boston,” notes Dovilė Meliauskaitė, Lithuania’s Commercial Attaché in New York, sharing success stories that inspired the initiative to map Lithuanian businesses.

“The dynamic and opportunity-rich US market is a priority destination for Lithuanian investment. Lithuania’s investments in the United States are approaching USD 5 billion and account for around 40% of Lithuania’s total investments abroad. It is essential to accurately reflect the true scope of economic ties between Lithuania and the U.S. to further strengthen our strategic partnership,” says Dovydas Špokauskas, Consul General of Lithuania in New York.
