We would like to announce that from June 22,2020 . The renewal of consular services to be renewed at the Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in New York.

If you live in these states: Delaware, Georgia, Florida, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont, you can proceed with renewals of Lithuanian passport or Lithuanian ID cards at the consulate general of Lithuania in New York you can book your appointment here: (https://konsreg.urm.lt/en/visit/register/us3/us3_passport​).

AN IMPORTANT NOTE: During a pandemic, consular services will be provided in a way that minimizes contact between you and the consular officer, ensures that there is no congestion, and that you spend as little time as possible at the consular post. In view of the new safety and health requirements:

• Arrival at the Consulate General in New York is only possible at a precisely pre-arranged time (no delay and no earlier arrival time), one by one (except for parents (adoptive parents, guardians) accompanying young children), you will be asked to disinfect your hands, wear a protective mask;
• Biometric (fingerprint scanning) equipment will be disinfected after each visit;
• Customers with clear signs of illness and / or not wearing face protection will not be allowed to be admitted and serviced. If you have any signs of acute upper respiratory tract infections, acute intestinal infections and other communicable diseases, inform the Consulate General in New York and a new arrival time will be arranged with you.
• Because of COVID-19 security reasons please bring your own BLACK (Preferably ink) pen to sign application.
• Entrance to the building for visitors - from 37th Street and 5th Avenue. We kindly ask you to have an identity document with you.
